NATIOANL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A DEVELOPING SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM ON THE GLOUCESTER/SALEM COUNTY BORDER NEAR FRANKLIN.
MOVEMENT WAS SLOWLY EAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
 
THUNDERSTORMS TODAY HAVE HAD A HISTORY OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL...
TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS OF ABOUT 2 INCHES PER HOUR...FREQUENT LIGHTNING
AND ALSO DAMAGING WINDS.
 
HEAVY RAINS WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
STREAMS AND UNDERPASSES VERY QUICKLY.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR INTO
