AT 4 PM A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND 1 MILE WEST OF WYOMING IN
NORTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY. WYOMING IS 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF ST PAUL.
 
THIS TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR TOWARD
TAYLORS FALLS IN WASHINGTON COUNTY AND BALSAM LAKE IN POLK COUNTY.
