THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MINNEAPOLIS HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  545 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN
 
   ...NORTHERN PIERCE COUNTY...EASTERN ST CROIX COUNTY
 
AT 509 PM RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER ST CROIX
COUNTY MOVING INTO NORTHERN PIERCE COUNTY.  THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
IS STILL CAPABLE OF REPORTING A TORNADO.
 
THE STORM WAS LOCATED OVER CENTRAL ST CROIX COUNTY NEAR HAMMOND MOVING
TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN HOUR.  CITIES IN THE PATH OF THIS
POSSIBLE TORNADO AND INCLUDE GLENWOOD CITY...HERSEY...SPRING
VALLEY...AND MARTELL.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A
BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR STAIRWAY TO AVOID COLLAPSING
