IN SOUTH CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...SOUTHERN BLUE EARTH COUNTY...NORTHERN FARIBAULT COUNTY AT 802 PM A SPOTTER REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR VERNON CENTER OR 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MANKATO. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTH AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM WILL STRIKE THE TOWN OF AMBOY BY 820 PM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT.
