AT 724PM LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED A TORNADO 30 MILES NORTHWEST
OF MANKATO NEAR CORTLAND.  THE TORNADO WAS HEADING SOUTHEAST AND SHOULD
BE NEAR CAMBRIA BY 740PM...LAKE CRYSTAL AND MANKATO BY 745PM.
