IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...EASTERN KANDIYOHI COUNTY...WESTERN MEEKER COUNTY AT 310 PM THE ATWATER SHERIFF...IN KANDIYOHI COUNTY REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD LOWERING TO THE GROUND 6 MILES SOUTH OF ATWATER...12 MILES SOUTHEAST OF WILLMAR. THIS FUNNEL WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. PEOPLE IN THE TOWNS OF ATWATER AND GROVE CITY SHOULD MOVE TO SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
