THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ROCHESTER MN HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  345 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA

   ...EASTERN WABASHA COUNTY...NORTHERN WINONA COUNTY

AT 305 PM RADAR INDICTED A POSSIBLE TORNADO NEAR ELBA OR 19 MILES WEST
OF WINONA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CITY OF WABASHA.


HEAD FOR THE BASEMENT NOW!  DON'T GO OUTSIDE TO LOOK FOR THE
TORNADO...IT COULD BE BEARING DOWN ON YOUR LOCATION.  GET UNDER
S$OME STURDY FURNITURE...OR UNDERNEATH A STAIRWAY TO AVOID
