AT 200 PM THE MOBILE RADAR INCIATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 8 MILES WEST OF
BAY ST. LOUIS.  THE STORM IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
