THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORFOLK HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA
 
   ...PIERCE COUNTY
 
AT 625 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO AND A TORNADO CHASE
TEAM REPORTED STRONG EVIDENCE OF TORNADO DEVELOPMENT MOVING INTO THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PIERCE COUNTY. THIS WILL EFFECT THE TOWNS OF PIERCE
AND HADAR. MOVEMENT OF THE STORM WAS EAST AT 30 MPH.
 
TAKE SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.  GET TO A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWESXT FLOOR.
ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES...TAKE SHELTER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING.
