AT 450 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS LOCATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
FROM NEAR FORSYTH SOUTH TO WESTERN BIBB COUNTY...NEAR MACON...TO ROBERTA
REYNOLDS AND MARSHALVILLE.
 
THIS VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WITH EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS IS MOVING VERY
SLOWLY NORTHEAST AND WILL CAUSE FLOODING THIS MORNING.
 
NUMEROUS REPORTS ARE STARTING TO FILTER IN FROM BOTH MONROE AND CRAWFORD
COUNTY CONCERNING ROADWAY AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN PROGRESS NOW.
MAJOR PROBLEMS ARE STARTING TO SHOW UP ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY 80 BETWEEN
MACON AND ROBERTA.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
