AT 350 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN MACON LOCATED AN AREA
OF VERY HEAVY RAINFALL LOCATED FROM JACKSON TO FORSYTH TO ROBERTA TO
REYNOLDS.  PRECIPITATION IS MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST.  THIS SLOW MOVEMENT
WILL CREATE FLOOD PROBLEMS OVER URBAN AREAS THIS MORNING.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
