FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...S...

AT 540 AM EST RAIN CONTINUED TO FALL ACROSS NORTHWEST OHIO. THIS RAIN
TOGETHER WITH SNOW MELT AND FROZEN GROUND WAS CREATING FLOODING ALONG
LOW-LYING AREAS. COUNTY SHERIFFS WERE REPORING THAT CREEKS WERE
BEGINNING TO FLOOD AND SOME SMALL ROADS WERE WATER-COVERED. ALTHOUGH
MOST ROADS REMAIN PASSABLE IN THESE COUNTIES...WIDESPREAD FLOODING IS
EXPECTED AS BOTH THE RAIN...WHICH COULD BE HEAVY AT TIMES...AND THE
SNOWMELT CONTINUE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR C`AR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
