DOWN WEST OF HECTOR...OR ABOUT 20 MILES NORTHEAST OF REDWOOD FALLS. THIS
STORM MAY ALSO PRODUCE FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL.
