A PERSISTENT FUNNEL CLOUD...FORMER WATERSPOUT...HAS MOVED
NORTH-NORTHEAST FROM THE PASCAGOULS MISSISSIPPI AREA INTO EXTREME
SOUTHWEST MOBILE COUNTY WEST OF GRAND BAY. IT HAS BEEN OBSERVED BY THE
MOBILE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER.
 
THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY THAT THE FUNNEL CLOUD WILL BRIEFLY BECOME A
TORNADO BEFORE IT DISSIPATES.
