EFFECTIVE UNTIL 715 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHWEST CHERRY

AT 647 PM MDT A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY RADAR 68 MILES
WEST OF VALENTINE NEBRASKA...OR 13 MILES NORTHWEST OF MERRIMAN
NEBRASKA ON THE NEBRASKA/SOUTH DAKOTA STATE LINE.  THE STORM WAS
MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

DO NOT TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO IN A CAR.  CARS ARE EASILY TOSSED
AROUND BY TORNADOES.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH O.F A TORNADO...
