FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  145 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 1030 PM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED RAIN COVERING MUCH OF OHIO WHILE AN AREA
OF FAIRLY HEAVY RAIN MOVED THROUGH NORTH CENTRAL OHIO BETWEEN 7 PM AND
10 PM THIS EEVENING. AROUND THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH TO ONE INCH OF
RAIN FELL TTHIS EVENING. THIS WAS IN ADDITION TO THE RAIN THAT FELL
LAST NIGHT.
 
FLOODING OF STREAMS...CREEKS AND ROADS IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS IS LIKELY.
ALSO PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS WILL OCCUR.
 
THE HURON COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT REPORTED SEVERAL ROADS CLOSED
BECAUSE OF WATER COVERING THEM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
