THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHILADELPHIA HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH NEW JERSEY
 
   ...BURLINGTON COUNTY
 
HEAVY RAINS OVERNIGHT AND THIS MORNING HAS CAUSED THE RANCOCAS CREEK
AT PEMBERTON TO RISE. AT 10 AM THE RIVER STAGE WAS 2.25 FT. FLOOD STAGE
IS 2.8 FEET. THIS IS A SLOW RISING CREEK AND WILL CONTINUE TO RISE
THRU THIS EVENING. AS OF 10 AM 3.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS BEEN REPORTED.
RAIN CONTINUES AT THIS TIME.
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
CLIMBING ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM
BEING SWEPT INTO DANGEROUS STREAM CONDITIONS AS WATER LEVELS RISE.
