THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE
 
   ...DAVIDSON COUNTY
 
AT 400 AM CDT...NASHVILLE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY
HEAVY RAIN OVER DAVIDSON COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE CONTINUALLY
REDEVELOPING OVER THE SAME AREA.  THE NASHVILLE AIRPORT RECORDED
TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3 AND 4 AM.  HEAVY RAIN
IS STILL FALLING AT THE AIRPORT.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGN\IZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
