FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

   ...NORTHERN ANOKA COUNTY...SOUTHERN ISANTI COUNTY

AT 445PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES EAST OF
ELK RIVER IN NORTHWEST ANOKA COUNTY. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS 30 MILES
NORTHWEST OF DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS AND WAS MOVING NORTHEAST 30 MILES PER
HOUR.

SOME CITIES IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM INCLUDE ISANTI AND ST FRANCIS.
