THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 745 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHERN HOLT

AT 7 PM RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 20 MILES NORTHWEST
OF O NEILL.  MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 15 MPH.

ACT QUICKLY.  TAKE SHELTER IN THE INNERMOST PORTION OF THE BUILDING
ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  GET TO A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.
PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS WITH CUSHIONS...BLANKETS OR
PILLOWS.

 A TORNADO WATCH CONTINUES F/OR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS FOR NORTHEAST
