THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHERN HOLT...BOYD

AT 625 PM CDT TWO TORNADOES WERE REPORTED.  ONE WAS 25 NORTH OF
ONEILL AND 25 NORTHWEST OF ONEILL.  THE TORNADOES ARE MOVING
EAST AT 20 MPH TOWARD THE SPENCER AND LYNCH.

TAKE COVER NOW IF IN THE WARNED AREA.

ACT QUICKLY.  TAKE SHELTER IN THE INNERMOST PORTION OF THE BUILDING
ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  GET TO A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE.*  AVOID WINDOWS.
PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS WITH CUSHIONS...BLANKETS OR
PILLOWS.
