THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      NORTHERN HOLT...BOYD

AT 546 PM CDT A TORNADO WAS REPORTED 15 TO 18 MILES NORTH OF
ATKINSON...OR 30 TO 35 MILES NORTHWEST OF O NEILL.  THE STORM
IS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  THE COMMUNITIES OF BUTTE...
SPENCER AND LYNCH ARE IN THE PATH OF THE TORNADO.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO TAKE SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF POSSIBLE.
OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  AVOID
WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES...TAKE COVER IN A REINFORCED
BUILDING OR GET INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.
