FUNNEL CLOUD WAS NEAR MOORELAND WHICH IS 20 MILES NORTHWEST OF RICHMOND.
TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE ECONOMY...MODOC...FOUNTAIN CITY AND
LYNN.
