AT 855 PM...AMATEUR RADIO OPERATORS REPORTED A TORNADO NEAR
RUSSIAVILLE...5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF KOKOMO. THIS TORNADO WAS MOVING
TOWARD KOKOMO. PEOPLE IN KOKOMO SHOULD MOVE TO SAFE SHELTER.
