THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 400 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE CENTRAL PART OF ILLINOIS
      NORTHEAST MCLEAN

AT 3:25 PM... SPOTTERS IN MCLEAN COUNTY NORTHEAST OF BLOOMINGTON
REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD RAPIDLY DEVELOPING INTO A TORNADO.  THE
FUNNEL CLOUD WAS NEAR TOWANDA MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

SPOTTERS REPORT NO DAMAGE AS YET.

TOWNS IN THEPATHOF THE TORNADO INCLUDE LEXINGTON AND PLEASANT
HILL IN NORTHEASTERN MCLEAN COUNTY.
