AT 727 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
IN NORTHEAST MERCER COUNTY OHIO. THIS THUNDERSTORM HAD PRODUCED A
TORNADO SOUTH OF ROCKFORD IN MERCER COUNTY AT AROUND 720 PM.
 
THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 35 MPH.
