IN SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA ...EASTERN DAVISON COUNTY...HANSON COUNTY AT 230 PM A TORNADO WAS REPORTED ON THE GROUND 5 MILES WEST OF MITCHELL. ITS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. IT WILL BE IN MITCHELL IN THE NEXT FEW MINUTES. IF YOU LIVE IN A HOME OR APARTMENT...SEEK SHELTER IN THE INNERMOST PORTION OF THE BUILDING ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
