FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA
 
   ...RABUN COUNTY
 
OVER FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN RABUN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST
GEORGIA DURING THE PAST THREE HOURS.
 
THE SHERIFF"S OFFICE IN RABUN COUNTY REPORTED AT 920 PM EDT THAT
TWO ROADS WERE WASHED OUT IN THE PERSIMON AREA IN THE EAST PART
OF RABUN COUNTY.
 
PERSONS IN RABUN AND ADJACENT COUNTIES SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR
THE NEXT FEW HOURS FOR FLOODING CONDITIONS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
