000 TTAA00 KSAT 292038 TORSAT TXC029-091-187-292145- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAN ANTONIO TX 236 PM CST SUN MAR 29 1992 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A TORNADO AND FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 345 PM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES... IN SOUTH TEXAS ...BEXAR COUNTY...COMAL COUNTY...GUADALUPE COUNTY SEVERAL REPORTS OF FUNNEL CLOUDS POSSIBLY TOUCHING GROUND AS TORNADOES HAVE BEEN REPORTED ACROSS NORTHWESTERN AND NORTHEASTERN BEXAR COUNTY. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS BUILDING SOUTHWARD ACROSS BEXAR COUNTY AND MOVING EASTWARD INTO SOUTHERN COMAL COUNTY AND INTO WESTERN GUADALUPE COUNTIES. IN ADDITION...ONE INCH HAIL HAS BEEN REPORTED IN THESE THUNDERSTORMS ALONG WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER IN A NEARBY REINFORCED BUILDING. AS A LAST RESORT...SEEK SHELTER IN A DITCH OR LOW SPOT AND COVER YOUR HEAD. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION. ACT QUICKLY. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE...GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE. AVOID WINDOWS.
