TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  500 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...SOUTHERN PRATT COUNTY
 
AT 415 PM...RADAR AND OBSERVER REPORTS INDICATED AT TORNADO 4 MILES
SOUTHWEST COATS OR ABOUT 12 MILES SOUTH/SOUTHWEST OF PRATT. THE TORNADO
WAS MOVING EAST/NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. PERSONS IN AND NEAR COATS SHOULD
TAKE IMMEDIATE TORNADO PRECAUTIONS.
 
THIS STORM WILL BE NEAR COATS THROUGH AT LEAST 430 PM.
 
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
