IN SOUTHWEST KANSAS ...FORD COUNTY AT 759 PM CDT...HEAVY RAINS FROM THE PREVIOUS SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS AND CURRENT STORMS...ALONG WITH THE SATURATED GROUND CONDITIONS HAS PROMPTED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR FORD COUNTY. PERSONS IN FORD COUNTY INCLUDING THE TOWN OF DODGE CITY SHOULD PREPARE FOR AN ADDITONAL ONE TWO THREE INCHES OF RAIN. MOST FLOODING DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...
