ONTARIO JUST OFFSHORE OF NIAGARA AND ORLEANS COUNTIES. THEY ARE MOVING
TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 50 MPH AND WILL EFFECT NIAGARA AND ORLEANS COUTIES
