THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PHILADELPHIA HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  245 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL NEW JERSEY
 
   ...MERCER COUNTY
 
 
 
AN URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 300 PM
THIS AFTERNOON FOR PERSONS IN MERCER COUNTY.
 
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE THAT
VERY HEAVY RAINS ARE MOVING INTO MERCER COUNTY FROM LOWER BUCKS
COUNTY. THE RAINS WILL CAUSE RAPID RISES TO STREAMS AND A FEW
STREAMS MAY EXCEED BANKFUL. ROADWAYS WILL BECOME FLOODED WITH
STORM WATER RUNOFF.
 
 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNED COUNTY IN AN AREA SUBJECT TO FLOODING
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOOD WATERS.
CLIMBING ATOP YOUR STALLED VEHICLE WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM
BEING SWEPT INTO DANGEROUS STREAM CONDITIONS AS WATER LEVELS RISE.
