THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE TOWNS OF SPRING VALLEY...PRESTON...

AT 1210 PM CDT LAW  ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS SIGHTED A TORNADO
NEAR THE IOWA BORDER JUST NORTH OF THE TOWN OF LYLE MINNESOTA.
THE TORNADO WAS MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH TOWARD SPRING VALLEY
...PRESTON AND HARMONY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS
TORNADO GO TO A SAFE REINFORCED SHELTER IMMEDIATELY.
