THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ST LOUIS HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 900 AM CDT

FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI

   ...MARION COUNTY...MONROE COUNTY AND RALLS

AS OF 600 AM THIS MORNING NUMEROUS HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS HAVE OCCURED
IN THE WARNED AREA AND HAVE PRODUCED 2 TO 5 INCH RAINFALL AMOUNTS.
MANY SMALL STREAMS AND RIVER WILL FLOOD AS A RESULT.
THE HANNIBAL CIVIL DEFENSE DIRECTOR HAS REPORTED THAT BEAR CREEK IN
AND NEAR HANNIBAL MISSOURI IS FLOODING THE LOW LYING AREAS IN THE
SOUTHWEST OF HANNIBAL.  SOME EVACUATIONS WERE MADE DURING TH NIGHT.

PERSONS ARE ADVISED TO SEEK HIGH GROUND IF FLOODING IS OCCURING...
DO NOT DRIVER THROUGH RUNNING AND STANDING WATER ON ROADS.
