IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA ...ELBERT COUNTY...GREENE COUNTY...HART COUNTY...TALIAFERRO COUNTY AT 712 PM EST THE ATHENS RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE ABOVE MENTIONED COUNTIES. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EST FOR CLARKE...MADISON AND OGLETHORPE COUNTIES OF NORTHEAST GEORGIA. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED RAREA.
