000 TTAA00 KVCT 051229 SVRVCT TXC239-469-051330- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE VICTORIA TX 627 AM CST FRI APR 5 1991 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN VICTORIA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 AM CST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...JACKSON COUNTY...EASTERN VICTORIA COUNTY AT 625 AM CST AN AMATEUR RAINFALL OBSERVER REPORTED WINDS OF 71 MPH IN THE WOODHI SUBDIVISION IN EASTERN VICTORIA COUNTY. THIS DANGEROUS THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL BE MOVING INTO JACKSON COUNTY WITHIN THE NEXT HALF HOUR. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 5V5 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
