THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO AND FLASH 
FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 815 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE 
FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE STATE OF MONTANA
      CENTRAL ROSEBUD

AT 743 PM MDT...SHERIFF OFFICE HAS TWO FUNNEL CLOUDS IN SIGHT NEAR
COLSTRIP.  STRONG WINDS HAVE PUSHED HIS CAR OFF THE ROAD AT
COLSTRIP.  PEOPLE SHOULD TAKE COVER.

DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN A TORNADO.  CARS ARE EASILY
TOSSED AROUND BY TORNADO WINDS.  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF
A TORNADO...LEAVE THE CFAR AND GO TO A STRONG BUILDING.  IF NO
STRUCTURE IS NEARBY...TAKE SHELTER IN A DITCH OR LOW SPOT.
