THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM MST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY

   IN THE SOUTHEAST PART OF ARIZONA
      SOUTHWEST COCHISE

AT 415 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WAS NOTIFIED OF HEAVY RAINFALL
RECORDED BY AN AUTOMATIC RAIN GAE.  1.15 INCHES IN 15 MINUTES.
FLOODING IS PROBABLY OCCURRING AT THIS TIME 5 MILES EAST OF BENSON.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE OVER ROADS COVERED BY FLOOD WATERS OR
ACROSS FLOODED HIGHWAY DIPS.

 REPEAT...FLOODING IS PROBABLY OCCURRING 5 MILES EAST OF BENSON AT
 THIS TIME.

TUCSON WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS FORMING IN CENTRAL COCHISE
AND EASTERN PIMA COUNTY MOVING TO THE SOUTHWEST AT ABOUT 5 TO 10 MPH.
THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE OVER CENTRAL COCHISE INCLUDING THE TOWNS OF
ELFRIDA...TOMBSTONE...AND WILLCOX. THESE STORMS ARE SLOW MOVING AND MAY
BE DUMPING HEAVY RAINS THAT COULD LEAD TO SOME ISOLATED FLOODING.

THERE IS ALSO A THUNDERSTORM OVER NOGALES AND PARTS OF SOUTHEASTERN
PIMA COUNTY...NEAR THE ARIVACA AND RUBY AREAS.

PERSONS IN THE AFFECTED AREA SHOULD USE CAUTION WHILE IN THE VICINITY OF
THESE STORMS...AND BE ALERT TO DANGEROUS CLOUD TO aGROUND LIGHTNING...
RAPID WATER RISES IN FLOOD PRONE AREAS...AND STRONG WINDS.
