MOUNT LAGUNA RADAR FROM SAN DIEGO INDICATES A STRONG THUNDERSTORM
LOCATED NEAR WINTERHAVEN TO OGILBY HAS BEEN PRODUCING FLOODING...
STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND SOME HAIL.  THIS THUNDERSTORM HAS BEEN
STATIONARY.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
