FOR STREAMS AND CREEKS UNTIL 100PM EDT FOR THESE COUNTIES IN

IN THE WEST VIRGINIA PANHANDLE...

HANCOCK COUNTY...BROOKE COUNTY...OHIO COUNTY

AT 1145AM WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAINS MOVING
NORTHEASTWARD TOWARD AND ACROSS THESE THREE COUNTIES.

THE SOILS ARE QUITE SATURATED AND RAINFALL OVER THE LAST 24 HOURS IN
THESE COUNTIES RANGED FROM 1.0 TO 1.5 INCHES.
THE HEAVY RAINS MOVING ACROSS THESE THREE COUNTIES COULD RESULT IN
FLOODING.

A FLOOD WAERNING FOR STREAMS AND CREEKS MEANS FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR IN
PROGRESS.
