AT 1028 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST NORTH OF
ALTUS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 35 MILES PER HOUR. PERSONS
IN WARREN ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THIS STORM AND SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR
HAIL UP TO 1 INCH IN DIAMETER AND GUSTY WINDS.
