AT 1045 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF
RICE LAKE NEAR RADDISSON AND COUDERAY IN NORTHWEST WISCONSIN.
THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR.
