FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
          ...WESTERN CHIPPEWA...SOUTHWESTERN SWIFT

INCLUDING THE CITY OF APPLETON AND MILAN. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 10 MILES WEST OF APPLETON MINNESOTA...45 MILES WEST OF
WILLMAR.

THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
