IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA
          ...BENTON...WESTERN SHERBURNE...EASTERN STEARNS
 
STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN SAUK RAPIDS AND ST CLOUD...
AND POLICE HAVE REPORTED MANY STALLED AUTOMOBILES.
HEAVY RAIN HAS BEEN FALLING SINCE 830 AM CDT IN THESE CITIES...
AND RAIN WILL CONTINUE UNTIL 11 AM CDT.
 
THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ST CLOUD...SAUK RAPIDS...AND
SARTELL.
 
DO NOT DRPIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
