FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  415 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTHWEST ALABAMA
 
   ...MOBILE COUNTY
 
AT 100 PM THE LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS PREVIOUSLY STATIONARY ACROSS
MOBILE AND JACKSON COUNTIES OF MISSISSIPPI HAD BEGUN A SLOW EASTERLY
DRIFT. THIS IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
 
EXTREMELY HEAVY RAIN IS NOW FALLING OVER CENTRAL MOBILE COUNTY.
THE MOBILE AIRPORT HAS RECEIVED 1.40 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE PAST 15
MINUTES AND IT IS STILL POURING.
 
DRIVING IS EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS OVER CENTRAL MOBILE COUNTY AT THIS
TIME.
 
RESIDENTS IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING SHOULD CONSIDER LEAVING BEFORE
THE WATER GETS TOO HIGH.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  T6HE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
