WARNED COUNTIES. THE RAIN AND ASSOCIATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING
SLOWLY OVER THE SAME AREAS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED HEAVY RAIN EARLIER
TODAY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE HEAVY AND FLOODING IS WIDESPREAD. FLOODING
