FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS

AT 912 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO IN UPTON COUNTY TO
THE NORTHEAST OF CRANE. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
 
THIS UPGRADES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING ISSUED FOR UPTON COUNTY
A FEW MINUTES AGO.
