IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS ...UPTON COUNTY AT 335 PM...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN UPTON COUNTY...JUST NORTH OF MCCAMEY. IT WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
