AT 3 PM EST...WEATHER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW THUNDERSTORMS MOVING
OVER NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY. WATER HAD BEEN REPORTED OVER A NUMBER OF
ROADS IN THE AREA...WITH MORE HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED THROUGH EARLY
EVENING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
